The act of, upon reaching a stop light/sign, all the members of a vehicle bail out and dash laps around the car until the light changes or the other people around you get really pissed.
Hey man, I'm bored, let's go do a few Chinese Fire Drills down at the town square.

erm... ok, but you're the one driving this time!

An ol skoo game that you play while driving. Your car needs to be full of people. When you stop at a red light, you put the car in park then ALL passengers (driver included) get out of the car and quickly switch into random positions elsewhere inside the viehicle. The object is to pull this off before the light turns green...Otherwise you're screwed.
It is fun when the passengers are caught off guard and the driver suddenly cries out "CHINESE FIREDRILL!!!" and everyone is hella frantic.

The modified version of this is to do CHINESE FIREDRILL with multiple cars following back-to-back each other, as in Joshiro007's birthday. Every red light or stop sign encountered, triggered everyone to get out of the cars they were in and either go in another area of the car or a totally different car altogether and resume driving.

A Chinese Fire Drill is when, at a red light, a group of people hop out their car, switch to different seats as fast as they can, and ride away.
Yo, I'm so bored. Wanna piss people off and go do chinese fire drills?!

1. (n) A state of confusion. It is thought that the term was derived when a Royal Navy Ship consisting of a Chinese crew and British officers was set to perform a firedrill. One group of the crew was to carry buckets of water from the port side of the ship to the engine room to extinguish the blaze. Then another team was to take buckets of water from the floor of the engine room and throw it off the starboard side. In the first moments of the drill, things went fine, however, difficulty in translation between the officers and crew caused confusion resulting in the first bucket team taking water from the port side of the ship, and dumping it off the starboard side of the ship while the second team did nothing.

2. (n) When the occupants of a car stop at a traffic light and exit the vehicle to cavort around the car like the lead knife in a knife parade

When during sexual intercourse the couple decides to switch positions from girl on top to missionary or vice versa while the male's penis stays in the female's vagina.

During a threesome (with two guys and a girl.. or three guys..... but seriously two guys and a girl), two males stop their motions, yell out "Chinese fire drill!" then proceed to jog around in a circle three times. After this, the two males swap positions and continue on, after a high five of course.
Jimmy and bobby where happily pig roasting Jane, when Jimmy suddenly shouts "Chinese fire drill!". Both Jimmy and bobby stop what they are doing immediately and run in circles around Jane three times. After this is completed, Jimmy and bobby swap positions and give each other a high five in successful completion of the Chinese fire drill.
