Doggs is a name given to one whom is cool, rad or excellent in some form or another. Doggs can only be used on someone else however, if you yourself, have been called doggs before.
person one (creator of the doggs word): "hey doggs, let's go out tonight!"
person 2: "that's an awesome idea!!"
