Referring to an ass, usually a female's of great quality. Said donk is large, round, and firm not flabby.

Origination: It is the short-hand for donkey, which is of course a synonym of ass through animal nomenclature.

Other: The term became exceedingly popular after Soulja Boy's song by the same name was released.
A girl with a fine rump walks by...

Boy 1 (pointing) : She got a donk!

Boy 2: Damn dude, she does have a donk.

The word was originally for large, badass guys who travel with you in the Australian bush and kick ass for you if anything, man or beast, gives you any problem.
Outback guy sitting on log drinking beer: Cheers Mate!

Badbuy: Shouldn't you have bought a gun instead of beer?

Outback guy: No, I don't need a gun I got a Donk.

Badguy seems perplexed: Whats a Donk?

Donk right before he knocks him out with one punch:

A DONK!!
