a natural reaction to say when someone says something so dumb you judge them and have no words to say except EHH.

an act of hate/judgment. you say this when you are disgusted, & are judging them soo hard.

A canadian question mark particle at the end of the sentence. All canadians like to say the most obvious things since there's nothing else to really talk about in canada. This particle enables them to prompt a response to the obviousness they delight in.
