company manager with big stock options

options + bureaucrat

managers who make decisions to enhance the value of their stock options, not in the best interest of the company or, especially, its opticrap employees.
Why are the opticrats laying us off when business is good? To bump the profits and sell the place. Pity the fools who buy this place and think it can run with a skeleton staff. I'm otta here.
