n. (origin LOLcat) something made by a woman for her man if she knows whats good for her. Must contain one or more meats,and none of that foo foo vegi crap (except maybe lettuce for the crunch-but bacon can easily substitute lettuce in a pinch). And don't forget the freaking mayonnaise this time!

The term simply means sandwich. Originating in the southeastern states of the U.S. the term is representative of a pervasively localized regional dialect. Other cross-over examples from this dialect include: fifty-leven, ho, and stank.
An exhausted southern mother to her son:

Boy, leave me alone and go make you a may-nayse (mayonnaise) sammich.

N.B. other sammich varieties include: pork & bean, jelly, pork chop, egg, butter (i.e. margarine), sugar, and collard green.

When one sleeps in between two members of the opposite sex in a bed. More prevalent in sleeping, it also applies for dancing, picture taking, etc...

A meal made of meats or spreads, generally placed between two slices of leaven grain product. (exception sometimes one slice of leaven grain product is used resulting in a open faced sammich.
