Funny statement or insult to say after another has said a sexually suggestive sentence.
Guy 1: Man, I can't my pencil. It's so small and wrinkly.
Guy 2: Thats what she said.

An interjection used when someone, usually a male, unintentionally makes a sexual comment. The "she" supposedly refers to the guy's girlfriend.
Teacher: (referring to a worksheet) "If you can't fit it on the front, you could do it on the back."
Student: "That's what she said!"

Student A: "Was the test easy?"
Student B: "That's what she said!"

a) One of the DUMBEST sexual-based jokes.
b) A joke used to make anything sound sexual.

She, being the imaginary girl he *supposedly* had "it" with.
She said, meaning what she said during the process of his *imaginary* sexual intercourse.
Ex:

Teacher: Bob, give it to me, it's mine!
Boy: That's what she said!

Ex 2:
Boy 1: Ew man! Look, I got it all over me!
Boy 2: Woah dude, you're gonna have to rub this all over it!
Boy 3: THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!

A phrase to make something sexual, never used in referencing to the girl that the other person was with, only used when talking about girl YOU were with.

A phrase that is said after anything that could possibly be turned dirty to make it an innuendo. Sometimes serves to burn the person who said something somewhat sexual. But there is a comeback.
person 1 "those balls look bouncy"
person 2 "that's what she said"
person 1 "when you were concieved, hahahaa!"

something that is much funnier when the preceding phrase can in no way be construed as innuendo...... in-ur-endo!
Professor: ...and that is the Big Bang Theory.
Student: (nonchalantly) Yes, that's what she said.
